Responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, pedicures, and skincare treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products through social media and other marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a salon setting is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
