Tour Consultant

We are hiring Travel Consultants for our Delhi office. If you are passionate about travel, customer handling, and communication, we’d love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages and destinations
• Provide complete travel information and assist clients in selecting suitable packages
• Communicate clearly in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth travel operation

Requirements:

• Graduation (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
• Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry
• Prior experience in travel or sales is an added advantage (not mandatory)
