Tour Coordinator

We are looking for a Tour Coordinator who is passionate about travel and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling tour enquiries, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of tour packages from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound tour enquiries phone, WhatsApp, email, and website
• Explain tour packages, inclusions, exclusions, and itineraries clearly to clients
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and vendors
• Customize tour packages based on client requirements and budget
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow-ups to close bookings
• Assist clients with documentation, visa process coordination, and travel guidance
• Ensure smooth tour execution and handle customer support during travel
• Maintain enquiry records and booking details
• Work closely with ticketing and operations teams

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Tour Coordinator / Travel Consultant (preferred)
• Good knowledge of domestic and international tour packages
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent customer handling and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience in a travel agency or tour operations
• Knowledge of visa procedures and airline ticketing is an added advantage
