We are seeking an enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team in London. As a Tour Guide, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and engaging with visitors, helping to showcase our company's vibrant culture and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities

• Lead engaging tours for visitors, providing insightful information about our company and services.
• Ensure a positive experience for all guests through friendly and professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour areas.
• Collect feedback from visitors to improve the tour experience.
• Represent Dawn Tours at community events and promotional activities.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies during all tours.
• Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in guiding or customer service preferred.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences with enthusiasm.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for marketing and brand storytelling.
• Flexibility to adapt to different tour scenarios.
• Knowledge of local history or attractions is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
