Overview:
As a Tour Guide at Emirates Bio Farm, you'll lead visitors through the farm, educating them on sustainable farming practices, organic agriculture, and the farm's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct guided tours of the organic farm, explaining sustainable farming practices and the importance of organic agriculture.
• Educate visitors about the various crops grown on the farm, including their growing cycles and health benefits.
• Provide hands-on experiences, such as crop harvesting or planting demonstrations, to enhance visitor engagement.
• Answer questions and foster discussions about organic farming, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
• Assist in the development of tour materials and presentations that highlight the farm’s practices and philosophy.
• Promote the farm’s products, events, and workshops during tours and through social media.
• Ensure visitor safety and comfort during tours, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Passion for educating others about organic practices and environmental issues.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences, including children, adults, and families.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.

· Energetic, service-oriented, and proactive approach to guest experience.

· Comfortable working with multicultural teams and diverse audiences.

· Physical readiness to work outdoor during events under varying weather conditions.

· Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays.

· Position opens for immediate hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tour guide or educator in an agricultural or environmental setting.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
