Tourism License Advisor (Türkiye Market)

We are seeking a qualified professional who holds a valid TÜRSAB Tourism License in Turkey to support our various business units in an advisory and compliance capacity. This position is ideal for a licensed individual who is not currently utilizing their license for their own business operations and is instead looking for a stable corporate role focused on customer experience, compliance, and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house advisor for all matters related to Turkey tourism regulations, customer processes, and compliance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders across various business units regarding licensing rules, operational requirements, and legal considerations.
• Support customer support operations with escalations, complex cases, and customer queries related to tourism services.
• Review and ensure compliance of internal processes, documentation, and customer interactions in line with Turkish tourism law and TÜRSAB standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Operations, Customer Experience, and Quality Assurance.
• Assist in audits, reporting, and any regulatory communication required under the tourism license.
• Act as the single point of contact for all Turkey market–related advisory matters.

Requirements

• Valid TÜRSAB Tourism License (mandatory).
• Preferably not currently operating a tourism business under the license.
• Background in customer service, advisory, regulatory compliance, or tourism operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Turkey tourism policies, regulations, and licensing obligations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Turkish language is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Türkiye
