Tow Truck Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles before towing.
• Load and unload vehicles from the tow truck, ensuring proper securing methods are used.
• Provide assistance with minor automotive repairs when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with customers to assess their needs and provide updates on service status.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular inspections of the tow truck.
• Handle conflict management situations professionally, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive repair is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment may be required.
• Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
