HOURS: 9pm-7am (6 days a week)

Duties

• Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or parking violations
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage or mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools
• Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and service calls for record-keeping and reporting purposes
• Perform basic automotive repairs or diagnostics when necessary to facilitate vehicle recovery or minor fixes on-site
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
• Proficiency in operating tow trucks, flatbeds, forklifts, and other related equipment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques for various vehicle types
• Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards
