Job Overview:
As a Tow Truck Driver, you’ll provide roadside assistance, perform light mechanical services, and safely transport vehicles to designated locations. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage on-scene situations with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tow trucks for vehicle recovery and transport
• Perform jump-starts, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and tire changes
• Load and unload vehicles carefully to prevent damage
• Communicate with dispatch and customers clearly and effectively
• Maintain service records and vehicle condition logs
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on your truck
• Drive manual transmission vehicles as needed
• Handle high-stress or conflict situations calmly and professionally

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of tow truck experience preferred
• Strong mechanical/automotive diagnostic skills a plus
• Must have current D.O.T. Medical Card
• Drug-free and dependable
• Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy loads
• Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Forklift experience is a bonus
