Tower Crane Erector

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tower Crane Erector to join our team for high-rise construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in erecting, climbing, and dismantling tower cranes while strictly following safety and manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out erection, climbing, dismantling, and modification of tower cranes as per manufacturer procedures.
• Assemble and install mast sections, jibs, counterweights, slewing units, climbing frames, and tie-ins.
• Coordinate with mobile crane operators during lifting and assembly operations.
• Perform alignment, leveling, and structural checks during erection.
• Install and connect mechanical and electrical components during crane assembly.
• Conduct pre-commissioning checks and assist with load testing before operational handover.
• Inspect crane components prior to installation to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Follow approved lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of erection and dismantling activities.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Tower Crane Erector.
• Proven experience in erecting and dismantling tower cranes for high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of erection procedures and working at heights.
• Experience with major brands such as Potain, Liebherr, Comansa, or Raimondi is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret erection manuals and technical drawings.
• Valid rigging / lifting certification preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and risk assessment procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
