Tower crane operator

We are looking for a Tower Crane Operator who can be responsible for operating a tower crane to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment at our factory . The role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, crane mechanics, and effective communication with other construction team members. The operator ensures that the crane is operated safely and efficiently, according to the specifications of the construction project.

• Prior experience operating tower cranes on construction sites is often required, typically 2+ years.
• Experience in different types of cranes (e.g., mobile cranes, overhead cranes) is an advantage.
• Understanding of crane mechanisms, rigging, and load distribution principles.
• Familiarity with crane control systems and electrical components.
