Tower crane operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tower crane to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently.
• Inspect crane and lifting equipment daily to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all load charts, lifting plans, and safety protocols.
• Communicate with riggers and signalers using hand signals or radio communication.
• Monitor crane movement to avoid hazards, obstructions, and unsafe conditions.
• Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations and inspections.
• Comply with company and site-specific safety standards and procedures.
