Tower Crane Operator

We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our team for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating tower cranes while coordinating lifts as a signalman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tower cranes to lift and transport materials to upper floors of high-rise buildings.
• Conduct routine pre-operation and post-operation inspections to ensure the crane is in safe working condition.
• Ensure correct rigging of loads and verify load weights before lifting.
• Maintain strict compliance with all safety protocols, particularly when operating at heights.
• Work closely with supervisors and ground crew to coordinate lifting operations.
• Ensure optimal crane positioning and load distribution to prevent accidents

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating tower cranes on high-rise construction sites.
• Valid Tower Crane Operator certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to work at significant heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Solid understanding of load charts, lifting techniques, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
