Position: Tower Crane Operator

We are looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating tower cranes on high-rise or large-scale projects in the UAE and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently as per site requirements.
• Conduct daily inspection and maintenance checks on the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Follow all site safety regulations and manufacturer operating guidelines.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and signalmen to ensure safe and accurate lifting operations.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to the site engineer or maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate logs of crane operation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure that loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.

Requirements:

• UAE-based candidates only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction sites (preferably high-rise projects).
• Must hold a valid UAE Tower Crane Operator license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of crane load charts, rigging practices, and site safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and in coordination with site teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
