Tower crane operator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate tower crane safely and efficiently for lifting and moving construction materials.
• Follow load charts, lifting plans, and signal instructions at all times.
• Conduct daily inspection of the tower crane before operation.
• Ensure crane operations comply with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with signalmen, riggers, and supervisors.
• Stop operations during unsafe weather conditions (high wind, poor visibility).
• Report mechanical issues, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain proper records of crane operation and inspections.
• Ensure lifting accessories (slings, hooks, shackles) are used correctly.
• Support site safety rules and participate in safety meetings.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Valid Tower Crane Operator License / Certification.
• Minimum experience in operating tower cranes on construction sites (preferred).
• Knowledge of lifting safety practices and hand/radio signals.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
