Tower crane operator - Contracting Company

We are seeking a skilled and certified Tower Crane Operator to operate tower cranes safely and efficiently at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning materials in accordance with site requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tower crane to lift and move construction materials safely
• Follow signal instructions from rigger/signalman accurately
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Ensure crane operations comply with site safety rules and regulations
• Monitor load weights, wind speed, and crane limits
• Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately
• Maintain crane logbooks and daily operation records
• Coordinate with site supervisors and rigging teams
• Stop operations during unsafe weather or site conditions
• Support erection, climbing, and dismantling activities as required

Requirements:

• Valid Tower Crane Operator license/certification
• 5+ years experience operating tower cranes on construction sites
• Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures and load charts
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Physically fit and safety conscious
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
