Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Supervisor to oversee tower crane operations on-site. The ideal candidate will manage crane operators, ensure safe and efficient lifting operations, and maintain compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Proven experience supervising tower crane operations
• Strong knowledge of crane operation, rigging, lifting plans, and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret lifting drawings and site layouts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and crane operation regulations
• Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily tower crane operations and lifting activities
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of crane operators and rigging teams
• Ensure all lifting works comply with project drawings, plans, and safety standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades
• Inspect cranes and lifting equipment for safety and proper functioning
• Maintain records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance
• Enforce safety protocols and report any site incidents or issues
