What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily towing and roadside operations
• Manage driver schedules and dispatch flow
• Support and coach drivers
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance
• Keep trucks and equipment ready for service

What You Need

• Towing, recovery, or fleet management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Organized and dependable
