As an Automotive Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Toyota Dallas effectively selling vehicles to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing the sale, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We’re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)

Core Responsibilities:

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
