Job Summary:
Responsible for reconciling accounts, overviewing, controlling, and supporting the transactions performed by providers affiliated with G-Gulf ensuring their smooth and efficient running as part of the financial operations. Additionally, he/she performs a variety of functions related to the accounting of providers’ and guarantors’ transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Billing and collection of all fees billed to providers.
- Providers’ support (phone calls and emails).
- Yearly financial balance confirmation.
- Daily claims reconciliation with providers.
- Confirmation of balances with providers including administration fees and volume rebates.
- Reconciliation of claims between I-Geme and TPA.
- Reconciliation of advances and the related allocation with providers.
- Review the system calculated discount of pharmacies, physic centers, polyclinics, and doctors.
- Manual calculation of discount of hospitals and laboratories.
- Matching figures with the providers and solving any discrepancy (payments, DSC, DSN, VLM…).
- Follow up on debit and credit notes allocation (Guarantors & Providers).
- Reconciliation of accounting between TPA and Accounting System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting ledger, Financial statements, Reconciliation of accounts.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Sufficient organization abilities to complete job responsibilities within given deadlines and with accurate attention to detail.
- Ability to coordination between different units and external stakeholders.
- Customer & detail oriented.
