This is a hybrid position where some travel to the offices in the North-East will be required.

The Role

As there new TPI Manager, you'll be the key link between the business and its network of Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs), building strong relationships, ensuring compliance alignment, and driving commercial success.

You will be hands-on in supporting brokers through onboarding, revenue protection, and ongoing performance management.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong background in utilities or energy brokerage who enjoys combining commercial insight with operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to):

  • Broker Relationship Management - Build and maintain trusted partnerships with TPIs, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
  • Onboarding & Training - Lead new broker onboarding processes, ensuring compliance checks, system setup, and commercial readiness.
  • Revenue Protection - Monitor broker activities and implement controls to safeguard income and contractual integrity.
  • Compliance Oversight - Support TPIs in adhering to regulatory standards and internal frameworks.
  • Client Engagement - Conduct field visits and client meetings, delivering presentations that effectively showcase the businesses services meet their needs.
  • Performance Analysis - Track commercial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to maximise revenue potential.
  • Market Insight - Stay ahead of regulatory and industry changes, advising partners proactively.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with compliance, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen the broker proposition.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Strong Experience within in the utilities, energy, or TPI sector.
  • Strong understanding of broker relationships, compliance, and commission structures.
  • An established network of connections within the UK energy sector, with proven ability to leverage relationships for business development and client acquisition.
  • Commercially astute with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Confident in supporting, influencing, and developing broker performance.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
