TPO roofing installer technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TPO roofing installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining TPO roofing systems on commercial buildings.

Duties

• Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and assessing the project site to ensure proper installation of TPO membranes.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure roofing materials
• Install TPO roofing membranes using heat-welding techniques
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Perform repairs on existing roofing systems as needed, including caulking, flashing, or trim carpentry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, roofing, or related trades with a focus on TPO or flat roof systems preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as knives, screwdrivers, hammers; power tools including heat welders and drills; and heavy lifting equipment
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights in outdoor environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance at all times.
