The role involves conducting trace jobs through the internet, preparing and maintaining reports in Excel, and providing efficient back-end support to the operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good internet research ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform trace or research work using various online sources and databases.

Collect and analyse data to support operational requirements.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all back-office activities.

Identify process improvements and maintain organized records and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting, and basic analysis).

Strong internet research and data tracing skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
