Tracking and POD Compliance Officer

Shift: Morning (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Elevare Business Solutions is hiring a dedicated Tracking and POD Compliance Officer for our Kazhakootam office. This role is essential for maintaining total visibility and regulatory adherence across our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities (The Core of the Role)
You will be the vital link between physical shipment and digital documentation, with primary duties focused on:

• POD Compliance: Proactively retrieve Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from carrier portals and link them accurately to corresponding consignment records.

• Deviation Flagging: Accurately flag and add comments/feedback for consignments that are marked complete but have missing or incorrect item counts, ensuring immediate action.

• Tracking Integrity: Manage and correct inconsistencies in carrier scan tracking events. Manually update tracking status feeds to "Complete" when required by a specific tracking event.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain role, with direct exposure to tracking and documentation.

• Technical Skills: Proficient with GPS tracking systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), carrier portals, and MS Excel.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business).

• Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and clear communication.

• Location: Must be able to commute to our Kazhakootam, Thiruvananthapuram office.

Compensation & Work Terms

• Salary: ₹2.5 Lakhs CTC per annum (PA).

• Leave: Your annual leave will be managed according to the Victorian Leave Calendar framework.
