1. Job Title: Fleet Tracking & Tracing Executive

Location: Karol Bagh, Department: Operations

Experience: 2–3 years | Reports to: Fleet Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for real-time monitoring and coordination of the company’s owned fleet to ensure on-time deliveries, route adherence, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live fleet movement using GPS-based systems

Track trip progress and provide updates to operations & customer service

Coordinate with drivers for route changes, delays, or escalations

Generate daily and weekly MIS reports on fleet performance

Analyze tracking data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

Collaborate with dispatch teams for trip planning and trip closures

Qualifications:

Graduate with hands-on experience in fleet operations or logistics

Proficiency with fleet tracking software (e.g., LocoNav, BlackBuck, MapmyIndia)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
