Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of securities transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with investment management protocols
• Support the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance documentation in accordance with securities law and industry standards
• Maintain detailed records of trades, asset movements, and bookkeeping entries using specialized financial software
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to monitor investment performance and support asset management activities
• Help manage client accounts by updating records, reconciling statements, and supporting financial management processes
• Contribute to the review of financial concepts related to banking, investment banking, and asset management to ensure adherence to industry regulations
• Support the team in executing administrative tasks related to securities law compliance, regulatory reporting, and financial documentation

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial concepts including investment management, accounting principles, and securities law
• Prior experience or education in financial services, banking, or asset management is preferred
• Familiarity with financial software applications used for trading, bookkeeping, and portfolio management
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for handling regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
• Demonstrated knowledge of investment banking processes and regulatory frameworks governing securities transactions
• Ability to quickly learn new financial tools and adapt to evolving industry standards

Pay: $29.28 - $33.03 per hour
