Trade Sales Executive

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Pharm-D / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in trade sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.

Requisites for the role:

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Understanding of pharmaceutical trade dynamics and distribution channels.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products, develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product performance.

· Identify and onboard new distributors, retail partners and monitor secondary sales performance and ensure stock availability at all levels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.

· Address distributor and retailer concerns promptly and effectively.

· Coordinate trade marketing activities such as product displays, merchandising, and in-store promotions.

· Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns at retail and distribution levels.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, monitor distributor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
