Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Executives to join our Dubai office. No prior trade finance experience is required — full product and sales training will be provided.

The right candidate will be passionate about building a client base, closing deals, and growing with the company in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients involved in import/export, trading, and project finance. Promote our trade finance services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.
• Prepare basic reports and client updates for management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Basic understanding of sales or client management.
• Must be based in Dubai and available for office-based work.
• Fluent in English and native Hindi, or fluent in Hindi; French speakers are a plus.
• Previous work experience in the UAE will be an added advantage.
