Trade Marketing Manager - Distributor Channel

Istanbul, Turkey

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

  • Having an experience in sales/trade marketing , especially in Confectionery Business in FMCG,
  • Proven experience in Traditional Channel and Local Channels is a must,
  • Having experience in team management and ability to take joint action,
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context,
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand market trends,
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Self-motivated,
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, Power Point)
  • Having driving license (B), willing to travel and be mobile at least 2-3 days of a week,
  • Team player,
  • Ambitious with high desire of achievement,
  • Adaptable to a fast paced, high growth and changing environment,
  • Fluent in both oral and written in English.

  • Managing and planning all channels short and long-term strategies based on a through understanding of market conditions and trends,
  • Responsible for product assortment and planograms in order to customer type,
  • Create and present Joint Business plans for local accounts to sustain category growth,
  • Create Sales Development Projects at Traditional and Local channel,
  • Managing of annual product and spend budgets,
  • Manage and planning annual and monthly promotions by Maximizing ROI on trade,
  • Manage and optimize trade budget spend of each account and channel,
  • Planning sales incentives to sales teams to increase sales volume,
  • Manage and execute effective 4P strategies for customers, categories and consumers to maximize profitability and visibility,
  • Develop in-store concepts and materials POPs, (Design,POSM Allocation,Monitoring)
  • Coordinating of marketing activities at field whilst maintaining close communication and alignment among various stakeholder,
  • Manage new product launches and execution,
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports,
  • Support monthly and quarterly demand forecast to central functions,
  • Analyze and report Nielsen market share and shopper data on a monthly basis.
