Trade Marketing & Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Trade Marketing & Social Media Executive to support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives while managing the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods and be passionate about driving brand visibility, retail activation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing activities.
• Develop and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and prepare sales and marketing reports.
• Support merchandising activities and monitor point-of-sale materials (POSM).
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update the company website and support e-commerce activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in planning product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Social Media, preferably within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.

Pay: Up to BD500.000 per month
