Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Trade Operation Executive with 4-6 years of experience in the lubricants industry to join our team at Finozol Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd. The Trade Operations Executive is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day trade-related operational activities, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with regulations, and timely settlement of trades. The role supports front-office teams and ensures smooth trade lifecycle management from execution to settlement.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre/post Shipment documentation

Preparation of documents for International Shipment ( Proforma Commercial /Export Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and Non-Dangerous Goods Forms), etc. Any other related Documents.

2. Preparation of post-shipment documents and submission to the bank ( as per letter of credit, bank contract, CAD terms) .

3. Submission of bill of closure documents (Tracking, dispatch, BRC sets).

4. Coordinate with logistics, finance, other related departments and shipping lines to ensure timely shipments and smooth operations.

5. Co-ordination with CHA for the checklist and draft AWB shipment related update. Checking and approving shipment bill (Checklist)/draft AWB/draft bill of loading etc.

6. Preparation of electronic bank realisation Certificates (EBRCs) as required.

7. Payments follow-up to the overseas customers.

8. Inward payment disposal instructions. Prepare and submit outward remittance documentation.

9. Maintain export shipments records/Export data analysis.
