Office Location: DHA Phase -V.
Primary Territory: Defence & Clifton, Karachi.
Job Type: Full-time, Field-based.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Executive to manage and grow our presence in the high-potential Karachi markets. You will be the face of our company, directly responsible for driving sales, ensuring optimal product availability, and building strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and general stores in this premium area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively visit existing and potential retail outlets (supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, gyms etc.) in the Defence and Clifton sectors on a daily basis.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive selling techniques.
• Take orders, ensure accurate order processing, and manage the collection of outstanding payments.
• Ensure maximum product visibility through effective planning.
• Monitor stock levels at retail points, prevent out-of-stock situations, and recommend optimal order quantities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Intermediate/FA (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Trade Sales Executive in Healthcare sector. Candidates with prior experience in the Defence/Clifton/Khi South region will be given strong preference.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle license and own a motorcycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for a premium market.
