Key Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating, prosecuting, and defending against advertising, marketing, and unfair competition claims
• Handle advertising review and claims substantiation
• Manage false advertising litigation
• Handle disputes before NAD and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with advertising and promotions matters
• JD degree
• Licensed to practice in CA
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Good business judgment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Research and problem-solving skills
• Conceptual thinking
• Ability to influence others
