We are a growing trading card game (TCG) business expanding into a large retail and organized play store. Our goal is to create a welcoming, community-driven space for players, collectors, and fans. We specialize in Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, Flesh & Blood, Gundam TCG, and other popular games.

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Sales Associate who is passionate about trading card games and enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate has an extensive background as a player and/or collector and thrives in a community-focused retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products and supplies
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer TCG-related questions
• Help maintain inventory organization, restocking, and merchandising
• Support in-store events and organized play nights
• Operate the POS system and handle basic cash transactions
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Represent the store positively in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and passion for trading card games (Magic, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, etc.)
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends during events

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18/hour
• Flexible Schedule: Part-time or full-time options

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
