CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire a Trading Operations professional with a strong Python background in Connecticut . This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with traders, quants and technology teams, ensuring smooth execution, trade integrity and operational excellence in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day to day options trading activity across equity and/or index markets
• Monitor the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement, resolving breaks and discrepancies
• Perform trade reconciliations, P&L checks and position verification
• Liaise with trading, risk, technology and external counterparties to ensure operational accuracy
• Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives, including Python-based tools where applicable

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline
• Experience in trading operations, middle office or trade support roles
• Familiarity with options products, Greeks and lifecycle events
• Working knowledge of Python, or a strong interest in using Python for automation
• Highly detail-oriented, organised and comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment
