Trading/Dealing Desk Executive

Job Title: Trading/Dealing Desk Executive – MT5 Dealing Desk (Back-Office Operations)

About the Role:

This position is strictly for candidates with hands-on back-end experience on the MT5 Dealing Desk within a forex or CFD brokerage.

The role focuses on real-time trade supervision, risk monitoring, and client fund oversight using MT5 Manager/Administrator tools.

Applicants without direct MT5 Dealing Desk or MT5 Manager experience will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the MT5 Dealing Desk (Manager/Administrator) environment
• Monitor live client trading activity, execution quality, spreads, and order flow
• Oversee and verify client deposits and withdrawals through MT5 back-office systems
• Monitor margins, stop-outs, exposure, and risk thresholds in real time
• Identify and escalate abnormal trading behaviour, arbitrage, latency abuse, or system anomalies
• Support trade investigations, execution reviews, and pricing queries using MT5 logs and reports
• Maintain accurate dealing desk logs, reports, and audit trails
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, risk, finance, and technical teams to resolve issues
• Support platform stability during high-volatility market conditions

Mandatory Experience & Technical Requirements:

Applicants must meet all of the following:

• Proven experience working on an MT5 Dealing Desk within a forex or CFD brokerage
• Hands-on use of MT5 Manager and/or MT5 Administrator (backend, not client terminal only)
• Strong understanding of execution models (A-Book / B-Book / hybrid)
• Practical knowledge of margin, leverage, stop-out logic, and exposure management in MT5
• Experience reviewing MT5 trade logs, reports, and backend risk data
• Experience monitoring client funds, deposits, and withdrawals within MT5 systems

This role is NOT suitable for:

• Retail traders using MT5 client terminals only
• Sales, IB managers, or account managers
• Crypto-only trading backgrounds
• Candidates without brokerage back-office exposure

Working Pattern

• Full-time role aligned with global forex market hours
• Shift-based work may be required during periods of market volatility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
