Job Description

Traffic/Transportation CAD Drafting Resource Responsibilities

Traffic/transportation drawing deliverables including the following-

Road Traffic Signage and Marking Plans,

Road Furniture Plans,

Interchange and Junction Layout Drawings,

Circulation plans, Swept Path Analysis (Turning Radius),

Traffic Management Plans,

Diversion/Barricading Plans,

Various Traffic-related and Highway-related Miscellaneous Typical Furniture Drawings development, fabrication detailing, other site implementation drawings,

Accurate drawing production.

Accurate report extraction for quantification and implementation.

Road Furniture/Road Safety design support for various types of roadways (National Highways, Expressways, SMART city, etc.) for development projects using various IRC codes and other national and international codes, etc.

Produce drawings from the designs for submission to Client.

Coordinate with site / construction team and other internal / external stakeholders as per project’s requirements.

Prepare visualization, presentation, and other deliverables.

Prepare well-formatted reports for submission.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

In depth knowledge of AutoCAD/Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks, EXCEL and other relevant software.

Knowledge of automation, AI tools, LISP and Python coding, etc. will carry weightage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience working in Indian/overseas projects; Experience of 5 or more years will be preferred.

Enthusiastic and eager to learn Traffic/Transportation CAD drafting with experience of multidisciplinary projects, preferably experience in Detailed Design and Construction Support of road infrastructure projects in India or, international experience.

Knowledge / understanding of bid / tender documents and drawings.

Awareness of Highway Geometric Design CAD.

Visualization, creating animation.

Team player and correct attitude suited for working with multidisciplinary team in Mumbai.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree.

AutoCAD certification.

Other software certification.

Any other relevant technical certification. Requirements:

In-person interview in Mumbai office.

Hands-on drafting demo.
