Traffic Control Crew Members

McClain & Co has immediate openings for Traffic Control Crew Members for our Traffic Control Division based out of Culpeper, VA..

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (will need to provide a copy of motor vehicle record from DMV)
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Card
• Traffic control experience preferred but not required
• Some out-of-town travel is required – Company will pay travel expenses and per diem.
• Starting rate of pay is based upon previous experience.

Responsibilities:

• Setting temporary work zones on highways with cones, barrels, and signs
• Loading/Unloading work zone equipment
• Managing traffic safely through work zones while standing, using a stop/slow paddle and/or radio communication.
• Ability to operate a straight rack body Truck.
