Traffic Controller / Traffic Marshal – Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct and control the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians at assigned locations.
• Manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure smooth site operations.
• Guide vehicles entering and exiting premises safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with traffic safety procedures and company regulations.
• Monitor restricted or high-risk areas to prevent unauthorized access.
• Assist drivers with parking guidance and safe maneuvering when required.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and security personnel regarding traffic conditions.
• Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or unusual activities immediately.
• Ensure pedestrian crossings and walkways remain safe and accessible.
• Monitor and enforce traffic control signs, barriers, and safety equipment placement.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and assist in traffic redirection when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, staff, and management.
• Conduct regular inspections of traffic control areas for safety hazards.
• Follow emergency evacuation and traffic diversion procedures when required.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports accurately.
• Ensure professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.

✅ Able to work under pressure and in dynamic environments
✅ Previous traffic control / marshal experience is an advantage

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
