Traffic Engineer

NEXT Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Traffic Engineer to support traffic studies and analyses in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and validate traffic surveys conducted by third parties; perform data analysis and intersection capacity assessments
• Support the preparation of Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) and technical reports
• Assist with traffic modeling and simulations using RTA-approved tools
• Ensure study inputs and outputs comply with RTA requirements
• Coordinate with project teams and provide technical support during review stages

Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in traffic engineering, including 1 year in Dubai
• Approved Level 1 Traffic Engineer from the RTA
• Proficient in Synchro, Sidra, HCS, Vissim (preferred), AutoCAD & AutoTURN
