Job Opening: Traffic Incharge

Location: Mathura
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily transport operations efficiently.
• Hire new vendors and ensure timely vehicle placement.
• Handle transport indents from vendors/customers and share updates with the team.
• Coordinate with the fleet team and keep branches informed.
• Share daily placement status and transport updates on WhatsApp.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, detentions, and breakdowns.
• Brief transporters on company SOPs before vehicle dispatch.
• Ensure collection of weight slips and update transport documents accurately.
• Prepare and share MIS reports for contractual clients.
• Conduct market visits to identify and onboard new vendors/customers.
• Monitor branch-wise vehicle availability and address shortages.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding transport status.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in transport/fleet/logistics coordination.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good understanding of logistics and transport operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in WhatsApp, email, and reporting tools.
