Traffic inspector- HSE Inspector

Experienced traffic & safety engineer specializing in road maintenance and infrastructure projects. Responsible for traffic management, HSE compliance, site supervision, and quality control to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) plans and traffic diversions

Ensure HSE compliance and conduct risk assessments

Supervise road works including asphalt resurfacing and signage installation

Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities

Prepare technical reports and monitor project KPIs

Conduct quality control and implement corrective actions

Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

Traffic & Safety Engineer certification preferred

5+ years in traffic engineering and road projects

HSE certification (OSHA)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and traffic analysis

Fluent in Arabic and English
