You will be part of one of Qatar’s most respected creative agencies under the Publicis Groupe umbrella - the largest communications network in the world, surrounded by a very strong, passionate team made of creatives, writers, strategists, multimedia, social and account leads — and your role will be key to making the magic happen.


Role Overview


As our Traffic Manager, you’ll be central in managing our creative operation. You’ll work closely with the client servicing, content, creative, and production teams to schedule and track every task, ensuring that deliverables are on time, on brief, and on budget. You’ll be expected to lead with clarity, command workflows, and remove bottlenecks before they happen.


This is a high-impact role where structure meets creativity — and where no two days are the same.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the daily workflow of all creative projects across accounts.

  • Assign jobs to creatives based on availability, skillset, and deadlines.

  • Work closely with client servicing to understand briefs, timelines, and priorities.

  • Work closely with creative leadership to ensure a functional, creative, and efficient department is running at all times.

  • Create, monitor, and update detailed schedules to track project progress.

  • Anticipate capacity issues and flag resource constraints proactively.

  • Ensure all teams adhere to deadlines without compromising on creative quality.

  • Ensure fair and equal workload distribution, maximising on resources and promoting efficiency.

  • Coordinate with external production teams and vendors when needed.

  • Lead internal status meetings and ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables.

  • Own the traffic process from job initiation to final delivery.

  • Implement and refine traffic systems/tools to optimize efficiency.


Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a traffic/project management role within a creative or advertising agency (regional experience is a plus).

  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across ATL and BTL.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills — you never drop the ball.

  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and creative workflows.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you keep teams motivated and projects moving.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Trello, Asana, Monday).

  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and fiercely detail-driven.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and timelines without losing clarity.

  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a strong plus.

  • Available to join immediately or with minimal notice.
