Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily workflow across design, content, marketing, and production teams.
• Plan, organize, and allocate tasks to ensure balanced workloads and timely delivery.
• Creating and managing project dashboards (Monday platform) to track projects.
• Set task priorities and ensure adherence to agreed timelines with clients.
• Review work quality and ensure alignment with agency standards and client requirements.
• Track revisions and feedback, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
• Improve workflow processes between teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays.
• Prepare periodic reports on project status and completion progress.
• Contribute to the development of work procedures and the continuous improvement of creative output quality.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
