We are looking for a qualified Traffic Rights Specialist to join our Network Planning & Scheduling team based in our Antalya Headquarter. The Traffic Rights Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the airline’s regulatory and permit-related processes to ensure that all flight operations are legally authorized and compliant with applicable aviation regulations. The role works closely with internal departments and external authorities to facilitate the timely acquisition, renewal, and management of required traffic rights, operating permits, and commercial approvals for the airline’s network."


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Apply for, obtain, and renew traffic rights and operating permits for CAI/CXI/CND scheduled and charter flights in accordance with bilateral and multilateral air service agreements.
  • Monitor and track permit validity dates to ensure timely renewals.
  • Apply for and obtain wet lease approvals from the Turkish DGCA for wet lease-in and wet lease-out operations, including the incorporation of wet-leased and subcharter aircraft into country flight permits.
  • Apply for, obtain, and maintain the validity of commercial licenses and foreign air operator certificates for CAI/CXI/CND.
  • Maintain and update the OneDrive folder with valid aircraft and company documents.
  • Maintain necessary checklists for tracking pending and approved permit applications and input relevant data into the permit management tool/software.
  • Search for subcharter aircraft to support CAI and CXI operations in cases of insufficient capacity, crew shortages, or other operational needs.
  • Liaise with national and international civil aviation authorities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal units—such as Network Planning, OCC, GOP, Quality, Aviation Security, Flight Operations, Engineering, and Legal—to support permit applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support the airline’s network expansion and route planning activities by providing regulatory insights and securing the necessary operating approvals.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Min. Associate Degree
  • Minimum 3 years overall experience in the function-related positions
  • Good level of written and spoken English language
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
  • Having solutions oriented attitude and an eye for details
  • Being a good team player with good organizational, and strong written communication skills
  • Living or willing to relocate in Antalya
