Traffic Signal Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Traffic Signal Engineer to design, program, and maintain traffic signal systems across Qatar. You will ensure traffic flows safely and efficiently by optimizing signal timings and fixing system faults quickly.

What You Will Do:

• Design & Timing: Create and optimize traffic signal timing plans using simulation software.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot, program, and repair traffic controllers and signal hardware on-site.
• Monitoring: Monitor traffic management systems to identify congestion and adjust signals in real-time.
• Coordination: Work with local authorities (like Ashghal) to implement traffic diversion and safety plans.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Traffic Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in traffic signal design, programming, and intersection control.
• Skills: Hands-on knowledge of traffic software (like Synchro, VISSIM, or SCATS) and controller hardware.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Qatar traffic regulations and Ashghal standards is highly preferred.
• Driver's License: A valid Qatar driver’s license is required for site visits.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
