Trailer Driver

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Trailer Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently over short and long distances. The driver will ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trailer trucks to transport goods to designated locations
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips (brakes, tires, lights, etc.)
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle

Requirements

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Trailer License required)
• Proven experience as a trailer/truck driver (2–5 years preferred)
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes
• Ability to handle long-distance driving and flexible hours
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading if needed
• Good communication and time-management skills
