Position Description

N&M Transfer is currently searching for 2nd and 3rd Shift Trailer Mechanics. Our Trailer Mechanics are responsible for the preventative maintenance and general repairs on our fleet of nearly 400 company owned trailers. Repairs include brake jobs, welding, fabricating, electrical work, tires, body work, preventative maintenance, and DOT inspections.

2nd Shift: 4 days/week, 3pm – 1am

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11pm – 7am

Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age
Previous work experience or a secondary education in trailer repair is ideal
We are willing to train the right individual with general mechanical aptitude and a passion to enjoy a challenging and rewarding career as a Trailer Mechanic
