Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of trailers, including boat trailers, enclosed trailers, and equipment trailers, to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
• Repair and service trailer components such as axles, brakes, lighting systems, wiring harnesses, and structural elements using hand tools and power tools.
• Utilize measuring instruments like tape measurers and calipers to ensure parts meet specifications during assembly or repair processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by following repair processes and taking time to be sure the trailer repair is done correctly and to the highest quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance of trailers or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of suspensions, electrical systems and lights, axles, hubs, brakes, etc.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or installations.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
