• MBI is seeking a reliable and hard-working Trailer Mechanic to join our team! In the early 1990’s MBI began hauling waste for the largest waste companies in the United States, and quickly became the largest long-haul waste transporter in the country with a nationwide service footprint. We have over 240 locations and 49 terminals across the nation. MBI now hauls more than 100,000 tons of trash daily.

Diesel Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers

• MIG Welding of aluminum and steel
• Perform service to air brake and foundation system
• Perform service to light and wiring system
• Perform other duties instructed by supervisor

Diesel Qualifications:

• 1+ year of MIG Welding

Diesel Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:30am to 7pm and every other Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30pm.

Diesel Pay:

• Based on Experience $27.00/hr

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience and be proficient in MIG welding of Aluminum and Steel.
• Must have hands on fabrication skills. Be familiar with routine preventative maintenance.
• Have a general working knowledge of air brake systems and foundation brakes.
• Have a general working knowledge of lights and wiring systems.

Wage Range: 27.00 - 27.00 per hour
